    As Founder and Executive Director of SERVE, Mimi leads the organization's mission of providing free and accessible tax preparation to communities who need it most. Mimi pioneered the high-school national VITA chapter model, expanding to schools all across the United States.

    Ariana Rodriguez

    Director of Growth and Outreach

    Ariana oversees SERVE's growth and outreach efforts, expanding the organization's reach and impact across the United States. She coordinates and spearheads partnerships with schools, organizations, and other stakeholders to support the organization's mission.
